Eligibility: Within 15 days of purchase, unopened and in perfect condition.
Process: Contact via email or phone, or note in a new order.
Conditions: Must include original packaging; delivery charges apply.
Value: Exchange for a product of the same or higher value (pay the difference).

Returns
Eligibility: Within 15 days of purchase, unopened and in perfect condition.
Credit: Store credit minus courier and wrapping fees, valid for one year.

Problem with an Item?
Contact: Within 15 days of receipt.
Resolution: Repair or replacement; refund if out of stock.

General Conditions
Opened Products: No exchanges or returns.
Sale Items: Non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Delivery Charges: Apply to all returns and exchanges.
